Skyward has established cooperation with Atlantel, one of the longest-standing telecom providers in Latin America.

For the customer we implement second level NOC service that is targeted at traffic complex problem solving, VoIP solution administration and VoIP infrastructure development consulting. To enable cooperation procedure, our company’s internal Helpdesk is used. At the same time, Atlantel has an unlimited access to both its own cases and cases of its partners, which accounts for transparent monitoring of incoming request handling process efficiency.
