Our main focus will continue to be providing NOC outsourcing services and VoIP solutions administration. In addition, we plan to put more efforts in developing integrated services starting from analysis of a customer’s current situation to implementation of a ready-to-operate NOC service.
The new service package will include carrying out an audit, elaboration of processes, setting up a team, executing tasks, monitoring of result and optimization of the working process. Another growth direction for our company will be development of our own tools in order to improve NOC engineers’ performance.
