Upon request, Skyward can configure the system to include additional monitoring parameters specific to your traffic or SMS platform that you use. Most thresholds are configurable: you can set an appropriate level of DLR or ASR for different groups or each customer/vendor.
To provide the best possible traffic care, the system monitors a number of parameters that are unique to Alaris solutions. Direct integration with Alaris SMS Platform allows to monitor objects directly from Alaris GUI (e.g. select controlled customers and vendors).
The system supports all popular types of alerts: email notifications, instant messages (e.g. Slack or Telegram) or Helpdesk tickets via API. You can receive alerts in the form of a text or a graphic.
The system offers several visualization tools including Grafana and Zabbix to better represent data. Any dashboard can be arranged with graphs, charts or tables.
