According to Deloitte’s 2021 outlook for the industry, telecom providers are bravely facing the COVID challenges to become even stronger. Many companies are looking to outsource the routine side of the business to focus on embracing new technologies. However, there is hardly any insight on how voice and SMS carriers find themselves in the new post-COVID reality. The aim of this survey is to evaluate current trends of the Managed Services industry and identify key requirements placed on outsourcing companies.
