Launch of a project with Telecall

Telecall has become a customer of Skyward. Telecall is considered one of the leading carriers and a major VoIP provider in Brazil. The company provides transit and calling card services and also develops its own solutions.

Under the contract of cooperation, Skyward provides the new customer with NOC services and VoIP equipment administration. Due to our mutual efforts, the carriers’ NOC department not only acquired experienced engineers, but also extended the availability period and increased efficiency of requests handling process.
