SSA Customer Portal is a dedicated web interface that gives SMS aggregators direct access to antifraud statistics, blocking rules, and verified EDRs within Skyward SMS Antifraud.
The portal allows customers connected to SSA to monitor blocked traffic across the last two weeks, review daily volumes, and analyze key indicators such as total SMS, detected spam (including phishing, unsolicited gambling and P2P traffic) and AIT, spam percentage, AIT percentage, and blocked messages. A separate day graph provides an hourly view of today’s traffic, helping users quickly understand how spam activity develops during the day.
For deeper investigation, the Statistics section supports detailed breakdown by date, country, and Sender ID. Users can review traffic distribution across destinations, identify suspicious senders, and open EDR-level details.

Each EDR includes the blocking reason, such as phishing, P2P spam, or AIT, making it easier to verify detections and understand fraud patterns behind the numbers.
The Configuration section gives customers flexible control over SSA blocking rules. Rules can be created by country, with separate settings for spam and AIT blocking. Customers can also define the active time window for each rule and set the probability score threshold at which SSA blocks a message. For instance, a user can apply strict spam filtering for one specific country while setting a higher probability threshold for AIT traffic, or limiting rule activity to specific hours, in another.
The portal also includes general account settings, including default spam and AIT blocking behavior, and the global probability score threshold.
