As 2025 draws to a close, the team at Skyward looks back on an important year of strategic growth and solid progress. Guided by a renewed company philosophy and driven by a commitment to our clients' success, we have enhanced our core services, launched new products, and achieved strong performance metrics.

Here are the key milestones that defined our year

1. A Renewed Foundation: Our Vision, Mission & Values

The year began with a collective effort to redefine our core identity. Through collaborative sessions, every team member contributed to shaping Skyward's new Vision, Mission, and Values. This isn't just a statement; it's our guide, ensuring we remain a partner focused on our clients' business and on enabling our team to deliver reliable telecom solutions.

2. Elevating Service: Data-Driven Management & SLA Performance

To make our mission more measurable, we implemented a data-driven management framework across our service operations. New automation and real-time visualization tools provide greater transparency and proactive oversight of client requests.

This focus on operational excellence led to excellent results: in the second half of 2025, we delivered an average of 99% SLA for response time and 97% SLA for resolution time. Our team also successfully supported clients through peak seasons like Black Friday, ensuring optimized routing, strong system performance, and continuous monitoring.

3. Product Innovation: Enhanced Protection & Precise Classification

Our flagship Skyward SMS Antifraud (SSA) took two significant steps forward with versions 1.4 and 1.5. We adapted to new spam formats, introduced P2P fraud blocking, and expanded multi-language detection. This resulted in a system with up to 99.5% overall accuracy and a 5x increase in processing speed, enabling efficient real-time protection.

Looking ahead, we announced the upcoming Skyward Traffic Typifier (STT), an advanced API for type-based SMS routing. By classifying every message in real-time (OTP, marketing, transactional, etc.), STT helps operators move from bulk routing to more precise and efficient traffic management.

4. Market Insight & Team Growth

Our engagement with the industry goes beyond service and products. We conducted research into SMS profitability and operator priorities, providing strategic insights to the community.

None of this would be possible without our team. In 2025, we welcomed five new engineers, strengthening our technical expertise and client service skills. It is their dedication and our collaborative culture that drive our progress.
